Every custom wedding stationery project begins with a personalized consultation at our La Jolla stationery boutique.
We’ll discuss your wedding vision, color palette, venue, overall design aesthetic, and any special details you’d like to incorporate into your invitation suite.
Together, we’ll review invitation samples, printing options, paper selections, and embellishments while providing a detailed proposal tailored to your needs.
Our average wedding invitation client invests $1000 or more in their wedding stationery.
To reserve your project and wedding date, we require a 50% deposit.
Once your deposit is received, we’ll begin bringing your vision to life.
We’ll help you finalize your wording, guide you through wedding invitation etiquette, and ensure every detail is perfectly presented.
Your initial design proofs will be delivered within three business days. From there, we’ll collaborate with you through revisions until
every element of your invitation suite is exactly as you envisioned.
After final approval, your wedding invitations move into production.
Production timelines vary depending on your chosen printing method and embellishments:
Letterpress Wedding Invitations: Approximately 3 weeks
Digital Flat Printing: Approximately 1 week
During production, we’ll coordinate all finishing touches, including envelope addressing, wax seals, ribbon, postage, envelope liners, and assembly services.
Once your invitations are mailed, the excitement begins as RSVPs start arriving.
This is also the perfect time to begin designing your coordinating wedding day stationery, ensuring a cohesive look from invitation to reception.
This can include programs, menus, table numbers, place cards, seating charts, specialty signage, and more.
