We have been working with so many lovely brides lately, all with unique visions for their big day, resulting in a myraid of wedding invitation styles we get to help create. This one, for Nicole and Conor, is formal and elegant in dark gray and gold engraving with navy accents! Nicole choose the design above from Kleinfeld and we worked with her to make a few customizations to fit her wedding day.
Being a military wedding, it was important to incorporate navy into their wedding invitation design. In wanting to keep the invitation itself in neutral tones, we applied a belly band, seen below wrapped around the middle of the invitation, which bears the couples custom monogram. We then tied it all together by adding the navy envelope liner. The navy paper has a slight sparkle, giving a sense of grandeur to the occasion. We also added a second color to the invitation, so that the couples’ names really stand out in metallic gold. Not only does it add an element of clarity to the design, but it sets the stage for the importance and formality of the event.
We are so happy to have played a part in making Nicole and Conor’s wedding unique and special. It is so important to us that our client’s love their wedding stationery. When they are happy, we are happy! Congratulations Nicole and Conor!
